Labcorp Oncology is seeking to hire a Project Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise Oncology team. The successful candidate will provide Project Management expertise and support oncology initiatives in our Buffalo office. They will be responsible for planning, leading, executing, providing strategic support, and driving successful delivery of key initiatives including molecular oncology projects across multiple business units. This is a cross functional position visible within the Enterprise Oncology group and across Labcorp and the ideal candidate will partner with functional team leaders to optimize team effectiveness, collaboration, decision making and communication.

Essential Duties
- Develop and execute project plans to deliver on key projects within Enterprise Oncology; proactively identify and resolve issues; develop full scale project plans and cost analysis and manage project deliverables; define and track key project metrics.
- Plan and lead cross-functional project meetings; design, implement and track meeting agendas, meeting minutes and action items.
- Support the prioritization of key initiatives and engagement with cross-functional teams needed to drive these initiatives.
- Collaborate with the workstream leads and SME’s to prepare status reports, specific project updates, or scenarios.
- Coordinate planning initiatives, including setting up meetings, distribution and archiving documents, and organizing program and project information.
- Support the project file management process and associated administrative tasks.
- Draft and help execute communication plans, strategy slides, timelines, risks and overall prioritizations for project stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaborations and cross-functional activities related to assigned projects as required.
- Implement project changes and Interventions to achieve project outputs
- Work with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, R&D, Systems Engineering, Marketing, Finance and stakeholders to initiate, plan, development organizational structure to support projects
- Play a central role in planning and estimation of work required to meet product requirements
- Create work breakdown package and associated schedule using Microsoft Project Planner
Required Qualifications
- 5+ year(s) of professional experience in a project management role, including product development
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g. MS Project, SharePoint, SmartSheet)
- Advanced project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s Degree is required (Masters is desirable) - (oncology or molecular biology preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and integrate all aspects of business as they impact assigned projects, including negotiation of scope, roles and responsibilities, specifications, timelines, and resources up, across, and down in the organization
- A history of influencing within a complex, matrixed environment
- Experience in managing projects in a virtual environment
- Expert project management skills and principles, including scope, schedule, resource, risk management, and experience using project management tools
- Demonstrated innovative and flexible approach to leadership, problem solving, and collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to drive a strategy supported by the broader organization
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced rapid growth organization with a certain degree of ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities and utilize resources effectively
- Ability to distill complex scenarios/ideas into clear messages and next steps to a broad audience
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and conflict management skills
- Strong sense of personal accountability and commitment to high quality outcomes
- Comfort in front of all levels of the organization, as well as external clients/partners
- Deep understanding of HIPAA and the importance of patient data privacy
- Proven experience in FDA or ISO Quality System Regulations
Desired:
- 4+ years of healthcare industry experience in oncology diagnostics and/or drug development.
- Experience specifically with Genomics, Oncology, Molecular Diagnostic devices is desired
