RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Louisville, KY.

Key Tasks:
  • Project Manager will manage the relationship with business and functional partners and technology leadership in specifying requirements related to infrastructure migrations and security remediation initiatives
  • Define execution to create remediation plans and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources
  • Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
  • Work with technical team to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan
  • Ensure project management processes and practices are followed, drive simplification and improvement as necessary
  • Research technical solutions to understand opportunities at mitigating risk where complete remediation is not an option
  • Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies; Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
  • As a Project Manager, you will lead discussions with technical and functional stakeholders to drive solution plans
  • Capture discussions and decisions, communicate those out to the project team and stakeholders
  • Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
  • Manage stakeholder, leadership and C suite communication and project reporting for assigned projects, including critical analysis of project status, potential risks, and continual process improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years of experience
Desired Characteristics:
  • PMP or related Project Management certifications (Not Software Development related)
  • Experience in managing infrastructure migration and integration initiatives
  • Experience in Healthcare IT
  • Experience in Information Security and/or Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Experience leading Security or Cyber Security initiatives
  • Experience working on and leading remote teams
  • Demonstrated ability to understand/comprehend technical conversation and translate outcomes to actionable items for project tracking and delivery
  • Intermediate MS products exposure and proficiency, especially MS Project
  • Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
  • Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills
  • Communicates in a clear and succinct manner
  • Effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
