Preferred locations: East Texas (Tyler, Longview, & Lufkin areas)

1. Establish and maintain ongoing working relationships with the customer to ensure complete and total customer satisfaction.

2. Review the the project plan with the customer and/or general contractor throughout the project from beginning to end.

3. Manage install crew(s) to insure productivity, quality of work, scheduling, materials, and cost controls.

4. Jobs put in on time and on Budget.

5. Prepare accurate Takeoffs for assigned jobs.

6. Create and maintain an ongoing project manual for each installation job before the start of each job and providing up to date paperwork.

7. Hold pre-job planning meetings with each installation crew to go over scope of work, customer expectations and Almcoe expectations and schedules.

8. Prepare a weekly job schedule of job visits and crews on jobs for each upcoming week.

9. Review time cards on payroll before being processed including cross checking with GPS.

10. Inspect time cards on each job site daily.

11. Visit others Project Managers job sites for quality inspection while fostering an Almcoe Team mentality.

12. Responds to all recommendations made by Quality Control Tech/ Assistant Service Manager.

13. Ensures that necessary materials, lifts, cranes, supplies, equipment and parts are provided for and available to crews.

14. Estimates and reports anticipated per diem crew expenses for each week.

15. Performs final co-inspections of each installation with Service Manager.

16. Hires, trains, coaches, and supervises all assigned installation technicians.

17. Evaluates ongoing performance of all direct reports including coaching, mentoring and counseling them.

Preferred Qualifications:

Must have 5 years of refrigeration experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
