You are a strategic, Project Coordinator ready to help clients optimize their business!
The Project Coordinator -Special Projects is responsible for supporting the North America and Latin America region projects. Demonstrating ownership and urgency to issues holding yourself accountable to information accuracy and seamless execution to support project team from project initiation to close outs. This role will report to a pharmaceutical client in Rahway, NJ.
Responsibilities include:
- Create an initial report for project creation including project charters, budget sheet, and schedule. PO creation/track and record in SS/send to PMs Routine and ad hoc reports and financial reconciliation
- Work with vendors to resolve discrepancies/follow up on their invoice status inquiries
- Project Ledger and control to ensure the team stays within budget and escalation for any deviation
- Support closeout process by maintaining closeout spreadsheet for backlog projects and future closed projects (including finalizing asset allocations)
- Provide financial reports as necessary to support Project team and management (Monthly cash flow, budget vs actual, spend to date, etc.)
- Monthly Budget, Forecast and Actual
- Create and coordinate the Year-end accrual process
- Update monthly governance Report
Candidate Qualifications
- Bi-lingual candidate required, speak/write fluent Spanish and English
- Knowledge of financial structure for Latin America
- Preferred experience with project managing platforms such as Smartsheets
- SAP system expert
