Project Coordinator – North Carolina

Job Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator/Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Prepare and distribute project status reports
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on project plans and execution
• Manage project documentation and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
• Book and facilitate production meetings and create and distribute meeting minutes
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, various spreadsheets and training materials
• Coordinate and organize travel arrangements for Project Managers and field employees

Job Requirements:

• A self-starter who is results-driven, ambitious, organized and professional
• Minimum 2-3 years of Project Coordinating experience
• EXCELLENT communication skills. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one to clients, consultants, and other employees within the company as needed.
• Ability to relate well to all kinds of people, can build strong relationships using diplomacy and tact.
