VITUS Search Group has partnered with a nationwide corporation in search for a Project Administrator/Coordinator in the Winter Garden, FL area.
Full Time. Full Benefits. UP to $28/hr. Based on experience.
Ideal Project Administrator candidate would have atleast 3yrs of hands on Project Administrator experience. Project Administrator will be apart of a team working on large projects and many have milestones to be completed within them, the Project Administrator will help facilitate the process.
Duties Include:
- Working with contract managers, clients, subcontractors and policyholders to assist the smooth running of their projects to include programming sub-contractors, scheduling appointments, correspondence / query processing
- Daily updating of notes in case management system
- Job scheduling, distributing and controlling information throughout the office and job projects
- Managing a busy Outlook Inbox and diary management to include arranging appointments
- General office admin as required
- Previous experience in similar role. Great verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work to deadlines. Good organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
