Position: Program Supervisor – Outpatient North Therapy Services

Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana’s largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children—both uninsured and insured—integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. Regional Health Systems is a member of the Regional Care Group.

Positions Purpose:

To supervise a clinical department, including program planning service, program evaluation and clinical and administrative supervision of staff. This position may also provide direct clinical services and other duties as assigned. Required to have small caseload.

• Master's degree required.
• LCSW or LMHC required.
• Experience 2 years related population.

Salary Range: $52,724.13 - $68,541.37

Shift: Day - full-time 5-day work week
