TMGL is a small business, SBA 8a Certified. We are looking for a Public Affairs Program Manager for one of our contracts. The work is on customer site at Army Base, Fort Belvoir in the Springfield Virginia area. The contract will be in place for a minimum of 5 years. Below are the position requirements and qualifications for this position.

Public Affairs Program Manager:

Leading a team of Public Affairs Specialists, this position is responsible for project management, command information/internal communications, media relations, community outreach, strategic communication, and public communications for marketing and to raise awareness.

The PAO PM will provide support, advise, and manage the contract team members and their fulfillment of the contract requirements and have the ability to perform any of the labor categories taskings as needed and special projects.

Minimum Requirements:

· Ten (10) years professional experience in public affairs/strategic communications

· BS/BA PAO communications related discipline

· PM Certification (PMP) Preferred

· Military experience, particularly US Army, preferred

· Work experience with an art, culture, museum, visitor/public-focused mission preferred

This position will be responsible for managing the PAO team responding to:

• Public and Visitor Inquiries
• Development and management/execution of Communications Plans
• Outreach Presentations and Collateral Material
• Media Relations
• Social Media Management
• Content Development and Management
• Event Management, Protocol, Planning, Scheduling, Flag Management, Meetings, Representing Outreach Events

· Location: Springfield, VA, On-Site Ft Belvoir

· Schedule: Full-time

· Other: Must be a US Citizen

· Potential for Remote Work: No

· Salary Range based upon experience: $90K-$120K
