This position is for a Senior Program Manager within Boeing Global Services (BGS) Program Management Office that will own the Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility as well as the overall Program customer satisfaction and operational performance of the Off-Platform Component Services Programs (CSP). This position will lead a team globally located, executing on Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to Off-Platform CSP revenue, earnings, inventory & cash, Program service levels, partner management, and timely & robust cost recoveries. It is also imperative to partner with the functions supporting the program, integrating with the Supply Chain teams for execution of the program and promoting quick resolution to issues as they arise. The role will provide opportunities to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports in support of one Boeing voice.
This role is for a 1st shift position, but will require managing employees and supporting customers in European time-zones, so flexibility and willingness to adjust schedule to engage with customers and all teammates is critical.
This position will be based out of Dallas, TX; San Antonio, TX: Seattle, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Philadelphia, PA; Seal Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; or Miami, FL and will be a direct reporting relationship through the Program Management Office.
Position Responsibilities:
- Communicate Program health to executive leadership and across the Program
- Establish Program operating cadence
- Set, communicate, and lead execution of the CSP priorities
- Achieve operational, program cost, and cash targets
- Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies and objectives
- Coordinate with Supplier Management to manage partner relationships and performance
- Coordinate with Engineering to identify & resolve technical issues impacting the Program
- Drive compliance with contractual obligations
- Support the Program Operations leader in the development of proforma T&Cs, and proposal decisions for new potential customer contracts
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensure issue resolution, first pass quality, and timeliness to resolve issues impacting the customer experience and Program health
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Regional Vice Presidents, Sales, BCA Programs) to ensure one-Boeing voice to customers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- At least 5 years experience in leading or supporting a program P&L
- Direct experience with external entities, either customers or suppliers, addressing challenging situations
- Experience with Program Management Best Practices
- Experience addressing both internal and employee escalations
- Experience presenting to executive leadership
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to travel globally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of a rotables exchange program
- Experience administering a contract.

Summary pay range: 157,250 - 227,700.
