Under the general guidance of the Director, Business Creation Program the Program Manager, Business Creation Program is responsible for policy, operational, and programmatic aspects of the Business Creation ProgramThe Business Creation Program (BCP) runs 4 programs each academic year. Each of these programs serves as the capstone project for a UCLA Anderson School of Management Full-Time MBA, Fully-Employed MBA, Executive MBA, or UCLA-NUS Executive MBA Student. In this role, the Program Manager will work with approximately 400 students each academic year.
BCP experiential learning programs designed to give students an entrepreneurial opportunity to apply their MBA frameworks to real-world challenges. The program gives students the opportunity to launch their own business, using academic frameworks and extensive primary and second research to assess feasibility and rely on data-backed decisions for their business model.
The Program Manager actively collaborates with key program stakeholders including students, executive mentors, faculty, and fellow staff.
In collaboration with the Executive Director Applied Management Programs and Director, Business Creation Program, the Program Manager is responsible for establishing long-range goals, and implementing approved policies and procedures.

Three years' experience working with students in a higher education environment.
