Responsibilities Include::
- Executes daily operations including supervision of administrative services, personnel management, and interdepartmental coordination
- Attends to environment of care
- Conducts regulatory audits
- Support facility staff in job performance
- Facilitates communication with clients and families
- Oversees quality improvement and risk management systems
- Bachelor's degree at minimum; higher degree desirable.
- Experience in office management preferred.
- Experience in leadership at a Residential or Day Treatment program.
- Active CPR or BLS certification (we can provide training if needed)
- Knowledge of The Joint Commission standards, desired
- Proficiency in written and oral communications.
- Able to maintain patient confidentiality to standards of state and federal law
