• Works closely with multiple cross-functional teams including development team and marketing systems (including Learning Management Systems)
• Working day to day with digital properties such as websites and apps, online tracking systems, expertise in Microsoft Office required.

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience
• Must be detail oriented, a timeline and financial steward, project management mentality (task master)

• Proactive leadership
• Knowledge of and/or willing to learn Advanced Content Management authoring and InDesign (for resizing images)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment and lead strong teams through rapidly evolving, complex demands, including multiple projects with dependencies on other teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently
• Experience with marketing programs specific to related campaigns that are focused on brand product content syndication across multiple retailers.
