Description

Manage all aspects of the MITS program to include technical and financial performance, coordinating and communicating with both the SAIC management team and customer/government leadership, as necessary.

Overseeing and assisting with the management of the Program Management Office (PMO) to include monitoring staffing activities, managing training for the Program, and coordinating with program's Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Government SSO for employees with security clearance issues as directed by the PM.

Participating in Task Order pre-award and transition-in (TI) activities.

Identifying Transition-In (TI) risks and mitigations, including staffing actions for incumbent/new staff.

Reviewing reports and deliverables prior to submittal. Ensures no disruption to ongoing services for each task area identified within the PWS.

Participating in weekly TI status updates to Government leadership and other stakeholders.

Reviewing and updating of the PMP, at least annually.

Participating in and supporting Technical Readiness Reviews (TRR's).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
- Five or more years of experience as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager
- DoD Secret clearance or higher
Desired Qualifications
- Masters with sixteen (16) or more years of experience
- TS/SCI clearance
