Program Management Senior Advisor

The Program Manager, Senior Advisor will be a part of ENGIE’s Central Capital Projects Team. This candidate is responsible for the development, administration and implementation of various capital and technology projects within our existing partnerships and for new development opportunities that aims at reducing carbon and energy consumption of various clients. Development opportunities include working on new Public Private Partnership concession agreements among other contractual delivery methods.
This position will report to the Director of Capital Projects and is eligible to sit in Columbus, OH at the Ohio State University or the Houston, TX headquarters.
What you’ll do:
- Provide leadership, oversight, reporting and support through all phases of project development and execution. Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders, internal and external
- Lead technical due diligence, selection of Owner Engineer, and development of capital projects plan to meet customer’s objectives
- Develop project definition documents, including, scope, schedule, budget forecasts, resource requirements, risk registers, and benefit estimates for capital projects. Diligently assess any potential savings to reach the best return on investment for the client
- Establish the contractual framework for each assigned capital project to provide the most added value to our customer
- Ensure projects are executed on time, under budget, with no health, safety, environmental, and public relations incidents
- Gain the approval of projects by selling the value and communicating the positive impacts
- Collaborate in the development of processes and tools necessary to measure, analyze, and improve the performance of the Capital Programs and report results to key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional assessments, facilitate the creation of business cases, and manage the prioritization and resource allocations to a portfolio of projects
- Develop and maintain good relationships with the ENGIE subsidiaries and our partners and encourage knowledge sharing
- Directly manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume environment
- Performs work in a safe manner
- Follow ENGIE’s health and safety procedures
- Carry out other duties as assigned
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant discipline required
- A minimum ten (10) years of experience in a related field
- Strong acumen in financial and contractual aspects of capital projects in addition to technical and organizational structures
- PMP certification is a plus
- Must be able to multi-task; utilize problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent marketing and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Ability to work on achieving and potentially exceed targets as a team
- Knowledge of modern management tools in continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Hard work ethic, self-starter, can-do attitude

- Salary Range: $105,910-$270,530, annually
- Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors
- In addition to salary, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan
