Responsibilities:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience as Program Director of a Daycare Center.
• Must have a Director I or II certificate from EEC.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Center.
• Hire, manage and supervise staff to ensure the smooth running of the Center.
• Develop and maintain good customer relationship with parents at all times.
• Ensure strict compliance with all abiding laws and regulations of EEC.
• Keep staff informed of policy changes.
• Conduct business research, track industry trends and company performance.
• Ensure a healthy and safe working environment at all times in and around the Center.
• Ensure the wellbeing of all students and staff at all times.
• Monitor and correct operational problems to ensure smooth running of the Center at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,840.00 - $50,000.00 per year
