Team Eason is a leading brand that hosts and organizes masterminds, meetings, conferences, and events throughout the year for its members. We’re looking for a highly skilled program coordinator within our VIP and BEST services who can help make these gatherings consistently efficient and memorable. The ideal candidate is highly organized, withholds forensic attention to detail and loves being client facing and getting tasks done! This rockstar must be comfortable in a self-starter role that demands a creative, business-driven mindset and lasting relationships with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· You are the point person for all client communications, answering questions and keeping them on track during their VIP coaching programs.

· You collaborate with other team members such as coaches, customer service, tech, and marketing.

· You send ongoing communications/updates to our VIPs.

· You schedule VIP events and maintain the calendars for the team and the client groups.

· You oversee all aspects of live VIP events, making sure everything runs smoothly.

· You support the team during VIP online and virtual events.

This position is for a person who:

· Can work fully remote but must be physically located in the Agoura Hills, CA, surrounding area -- LA, Thousand Oaks, etc.

· Can travel a few times per year for work events out of town.

· Does not mind working some evenings and weekends, at times responding to emails outside of work hours.

· Is resourceful, self-motivated and can make decisions independently.

· Can handle stress and tight deadlines.

· Is a team player who will do what needs to be done.

· Can manage multiple events at a time, and plan 6-9 months ahead.

· Works very well with other people and can build rapport quickly with team members, clients, and vendors.

· Has great attention to detail and is highly organized.

· Takes ownership and pride in their work.

· Is willing to go above and beyond to take care of our clients.

· Is not afraid of new challenges.

· Knows how to communicate clearly.

· Is technology savvy.

· Can juggle various moving pieces while staying calm and collected.

Here's what the right person will love about this position:

· You'll be paid to meet (and take care of!) fun and interesting people.

· You'll get to do your work from anywhere: your living room, the coffee shop, a hotel pool...

· You'll be part of a company that has one main goal: Helping people get more of what they want out of life.

The Benefits and Commitment:

· Competitive compensation: $40/hour.

· The job is flexible, and generally requires 35 hours a week.

The Team:

· What can we say? We really like each other!

· We're fast-paced and rapidly growing. Our small but mighty team is full of talented and motivated individuals who enjoy coming into work

· Forget the traditional corporate culture. Have a question? Have an emergency? Having a bad day? At Team Eason we’re all family and here to support you however we can!
