HART Technologies, Inc. is looking for an Program Analyst to work as a member of our Engineering Services Support team in Dahlgren, VA. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and are ready to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver project reports, plans, presentations, meeting minutes, and program status updates or highlights.
• Generate, update and maintain project tasks, action items, deliverables, models, processes, procedures, and other data products in designated Government cloud-based tools in support of Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) or Working Groups (WGs) objectives. This includes follow up with personnel for status, issues, and estimated completion dates to maintain project operations.
• Generate, update, and maintain Point of Contact (POC) listings such as IPT, Working Group, inventories, and procurements in process, procurement actions, and organizational matrices to support project and configuration management tasks.
• Coordinate schedules for working meetings, document and disperse meeting minutes, and update planning documentation to align with project direction and decisions.
• Generate, update, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs), identifying resources, critical path items, addressing schedule issues, and synchronizing the IMS with other program IMSs.
• Organize and maintain team shared data repositories, digital models, documentation, and configuration of other data products hosted on designated Government cloud-based databases that supports project tasks and review events.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
