Stemilt’s Human Capital Program Analyst designs, develops and implements programs and projects for Human Capital and the Company as a whole. Key responsibilities include the organization, planning, and execution of projects, which will vary on size and complexity, and ensures that all steps taken align with requirements and Stemilt objectives. The Program Analyst collaborates with all of Human Capital as well as, different departments. With strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills provides exceptional guidance on the completion of various projects/assignments. This position supports Human Capital and it’s required to deliver extraordinary customer service at all levels. In addition to supporting employee engagement activities, this position manages project budgets, consistently provides project updates, participates in contract negotiations with external vendors and/or suppliers. And regularly measures project performance to identify areas for improvement. Exceptional organizational skills a must.

Additional Responsibilities

• Work closely with Human Capital’s leadership to determine and implement projects that will optimize the efficiency of the department.
• Once budgets and timelines are determined, manage the scope of the project, and ensure it fits the budget and that each phase is completed within the scheduled timeline.
• Support employee engagement activities
• Work closely with project sponsors to prepare detailed plans for current/new projects.
• Regularly conduct research to stay up to date on change management, engagement trends, project management and industry trends
• Work as a liaison with other departments ie: IT implementation of any technology.
• Create, analyze, manage and interpret data and reports to support decision making for Human Capital.
• Review/assess completed projects to provide feedback to teams and/or to further develop project strategies.
• Participate in meetings where data and analytics support is needed i.e Safety Council
• Train and develop Business Partners to create reports and utilize data analysis to make decisions.
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Evaluate and recommend solutions considering consolidation of requests and cost to value trade-offs
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Conduct and assist in creating and deploying various Surveys.
• Work closely with Manager, Engagement/Change Management to evaluate organizational readiness and the expected impact from new or changed projects/programs.
• Create presentations and communicate gathered information in a way that can be understood by various departments.
• Assist in training or creating a training plan for new engagement plans/activities.
• Create a culture within the team that leads to ensuring extraordinary customer service for all team members.
• Hold self and team accountable and ensure the development of a self-leadership team culture.
• Contribute to the team and the Company in various other ways when requested or required.

What you bring to our World Famous! Table:

Experience:

• +2 years’ experience in project management/administration
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of, and experience with, analytics tools such as Power BI, SAP SAC, or related tools (Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience in the Tree Fruit or Agricultural industry
  

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Project Management Professional certification a plus!
