Description
In support of our Patuxent River customer, SAIC is looking for a seasoned professional who excels in customer service, analytics and team coordination.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be required to investigate, analyze, plan, verify and validate or evaluate equipment as a Test Information Manager.
- Assists the program with management of requirements metrics.
- Assists in facilitating and generating requirements verification data and verifies system performance against requirements using established tracking tools (e.g., Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS), Jazz, etc.).
- Identifies areas of risk, concern, and/or disconnect between.
- Provides status reports and responds to data calls as required by the program.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience; Masters and one year of related experience. BS or BA degree in a "Relevant Technical Discipline." Allowable Substitution: an AS or AA degree and five (5) additional years of experience, OR an additional seven (7) years of analytical and customer service experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
- Microsoft Office; configuration/inventory management systems; accounting/data management software; Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with tools and standard metrics used for program management is desired.
Clearance:
- Interim Secret security clearance required prior to first day of work
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
