Chenega Analytic Business Solutions (CABS) provides federal agencies and commercial customers with trusted insights into Records and Information Management, Administrative Solutions, Information Technology, Engineering, and Training. Formed in 2017 to serve federal and commercial customers, CABS is 8(a) certified and has grown quickly into a leader in the federal IT and Training environment.

The Program Analyst shall provide analysis for contract operations in support of the Office of the Executive Director for Force Resiliency Credentialing Program for the Department of Defense (DoD) Prevention Workforce Training and Continuing Education Program.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze program systems, operations, processes, and procedures to identify areas of potential improvement.
  • Design and produce reports on project progress.
  • Assist program managers with tracking tasks, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
  • Recommend ad hoc and continued improvements in service to incorporate best practices.
  • Help clients maintain a forward-looking presence and readiness by participating in audits, program reviews, and process improvement.
  • Assist with developing operational strategy and the recognition of trends.
  • Assist with research and material procurement actions.
  • Use DoD forms, computers, inventory management systems, and databases.
  • Complete annual Chenega and DoD required training as required.
  • Record labor hours daily in the company’s timekeeping system as required.
  • Travel up to 10%.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required OR
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent and 4+ additional years of relevant work experience can substitute a degree
  • 3+ years of experience relative work experience
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Background check required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Command of project management concepts. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team composed of information technology, human resources and/or training and education specialists, and management professionals.
  • Must have extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities utilizing Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word programs.
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-stress, performance-based environment.
  • Ability to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to attend all customer in-person meetings and conferences as requested.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to self-start and work independently or as a team.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
