This is a lead level position that will work closely with the Products Managers from a business standpoint for development of large-scale enterprise level systems. This can be a remote position working at our Home Office located in Ridgeland, MS; or out of any of our state offices located in Little Rock, AR; Denver, CO; Gainesville, FL; Baton Rouge, LA; Jackson, MS; or Cayce, SC. A hybrid work option is available.

The Products Lead will provide technical expertise, support, and assistance for the development, implementation, and deployment of all new insurance products and lines of business at the Enterprise level. This position works closely with the Products Manager.
Essential Functions -
Participate in project teams for new/revised policy systems, forms, endorsements, rules, and rating procedures.
Assist in writing and editing policy forms. Assist State Underwriting departments with developing and maintaining Underwriting guidelines. Assist regulatory filings as needed.
Perform product and system testing on policy systems as needed.
Identify product needs for the Enterprise and state level, research new products, develop solutions to be implemented at the Enterprise or state level.
Achieve completion of established priorities, standards, and timetables as set by the Product Manager.
Occasional travel to Ridgeland MS and SFBCIC state operations is required.
Maintain awareness of developing marketplace technologies and innovations.
Experience
Required- 5 year(s): 5 years, with preference given to candidates with experience on the business side of development and implementation of insurance systems
Education
Required- Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
