in the Berkeley, CA 94710 area. Looking for candidates to prepare cleaning and sanitizing agents to clean, decontaminate and sanitize classified areas to meet cGMP and company standards. Stocks cleaning and gowning materials and removes trash.
What’s a typical day as a Field Operator (Farming & R & D)? You’ll be:

What’s a typical day as a Field Operator (Farming & R & D)? You’ll be:
- Clean and sanitize equipment and facilities including but not limited to: windows, doors, vents, walls, ceiling, lockers, stairwells, floors, cabinets, sinks, curtains, mirrors, counter tops, bio-safety hoods, handrails, drains, cleaning equipment, and stainless-steel production tanks.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure that all classified and controlled areas are in clean and sanitize condition; document tasks performed on cleaning check sheets according to building specific SOP
- Perform all duties related to cleaning and decontamination of floors. including: sweeping, mopping and scrubbing/buffing.
- Prepare decontamination and cleaning solutions following SOP and BPR Instructions.
- Follow Aseptic techniques when preparing cleaning solution and when taking samples for QC testing. Print sample table form from Score and enter all required data on the form.
- Follow all cGMP and Safety rules.
- Pick-up and pull supplies, clean gowns, and restock scrubs and gowns as necessary.
- Perform rust abatement if needed and perform related other duties as assigned.
Hourly Pay: $14.00 – 23.00

Equipment & PPE used in position:
- May be required to work flexible hours which may exceed 8 hours per day.
- Must be able to liftup to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 350 lbs. with assistance of equipment.
- Must be able to withstand frequent repetitive movement, walking, stooping, crouching, kneeling, climbing (stairs), and sitting.
- PPE: Must be able wear protective clothing and gowning as required. – including: gowning in designated areas, gloves, facemask and face shield.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills and read, write, speak, and comprehend English to understand written and verbal instructions, SOP’s, BPR’s, etc.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Follow directions, written or verbal and be proficient in math.
- Work weekends as required.
- Acceptable attendance and performance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
