Position Overview

· Currently Part-Time (4 Days, ~35 hours a week)

· Will eventually move to Full-time – 40+ Hours a week (overtime may be required)

· 5:00am – 2:00pm, or 7:00am – 4:00 30 min lunch, M – Th, (eventually M – F with some Saturdays)

· In-person @ factory in Tacoma, WA

· Paid Time Off

· Available Medical, dental & 401K after 90-day probation period

Overview

This is a hands-on, physical position in a concrete manufacturing environment. This position requires being on your feet for 8 hours and lifting +75 lbs. There are many positions on the production line, and you may be asked to help out and fill in where needed in different areas.

Daily Activities & Responsibilities Can Include:

• Picking molds and staging them for production
• Cleaning, inspecting, and prepping molds for casting
• Scraping concrete off molds and trays
• Troweling & finishing wet concrete
• Demolding
• Operating a forklift in a safe manner
• Dosing & batching concrete
• Stacking & packaging pallets
• Identifying products & labeling by type and color
• Ongoing cleaning & organizing of your space
• Cooperating with teammate & other departments
