We are currently seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor. This position will be based out of our Salisbury, NC location.

Overview:

Oversee Agility Fuel Solution’s production operations to ensure that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

Fast-paced production environment that requires attention to detail, strong follow through, consistent execution, and the ability to determine Root Cause. Our supervisors recognize people are the most important resource and align their daily work to ensure the team is able to perform the job safely and effectively. The supervisor must be able to align resources with the needs of the business, develop the skill sets of their team, preemptively remove constraints, and sustain adherence to all processes, policies, and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing daily goals
• Meet daily performance KPIs
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Monitor production output and address underperformance
• Maintain and analyze performance reports
• Identify and drive opportunities for Continuous Improvement
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
• Contribute to our safety culture by guiding your team with safe practices and principles.

Education Experience

• High School diploma or GED minimum

Skills and qualifications

• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
• Experience in creating/leading a self-directed team
• Experience in manufacturing environments with multiple processes.

• Advanced skills in MS Office

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, how to navigate, use, and leverage the tools. (IFS experience preferred)
• Ability to organize, inspire, and lead a team
• Highly organized
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated
• Ability to understand, assess, and determine root cause of a problem.
