Production Supervisor – 2nd shift

Since 1978, Richter Precision Inc. has grown into North America's largest privately-owned CVD and PVD coating company. Our manufacturing company provides protective coatings for various products, including medical instruments, lighting fixtures, automotive parts, and industrial components. We are looking for a Production Supervisor (2nd shift) who will oversee the daily operations of our facility and maximize it for efficiency & production. Our Ideal Production Supervisor:

• Experienced: 2+ years in a leadership position with an understanding of facility operations & production. Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Leadership: Interacts well with teammates & customers, cares about the quality of work, and demonstrates humility, discipline, & courtesy.
• Communication Skills: Has motivational & unifying abilities for building solid relationships within the organization.
• Attention to Detail: The ability to work efficiently & effectively within time constraints, remaining organized & scheduling projects to meet deadlines.
• Dependable: Can be counted on to arrive at work on time and work efficiently throughout the day.
• Active: Must have full dexterity of your hands and fingers. Ability to talk, hear, & see, including close, distance, & peripheral vision, & depth perception. Able to adjust focus & differentiate between colors. Occasional lifting & moving up to 80 lbs.
