The Production Scheduling Analyst will assist in the effective planning and execution of activities within the Scheduling Department. Duties will include data entry, order component scheduling, contractor invoice processing, follow up on delayed orders, along with other projects and data entry functions to support the Scheduling, Production Support and Engineering functions

• Complete Plant/Item Setups, AS400 Data Entry
• Resolve “Bad Orders” related to Scheduling Issues, AS400 Data Entry
• Complete and Communicate Order Transfers and Changes to Factories
• Ensure order components including Braid & Lettering schedule correctly
• Follow up on Delayed Orders
• Assist with the maintenance of Plant/Style Pay Rates and Billing Processes
• Review, Approve, and Code Contractor Invoicing
• Follow up on orders that did not print
• Update styles from “custom location” to plant locations
