As our Production Operations Manager, you will:

• 
  Provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure compliance with budgeted operational goals, downtime, policies and procedures, safety, and quality.
• Drives the creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other change initiatives to meet and exceed budget expectations.
• Influence cultural change with employees and stakeholders.
• Drive efficiency and quality through the leadership of process-focused approaches and process improvement initiatives.
• Use continuous improvement strategies and Lean tools and methodologies as part of an effective management operating system.
• Measure project completion statuses, obstacles, problem resolution, timelines, recommendations, and conclusions.
• Ensure maintenance costs, preventative maintenance, work orders, equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and other maintenance issues are managed effectively.
• Collaborate/partner with project teams and other manufacturing initiatives.
• Monitor key metrics and KPIs for performance and process effectiveness in the pressroom and digital areas.
• Partner with management to leverage data to prioritize projects, define project requirements, scope, resources, team members, tasks, and project owners.

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and team-building skills
• 7+years operations management experience in manufacturing
• Demonstrated strength in project management
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience leading teams using LEAN manufacturing techniques
