Micro-Poise Measurement Systems an AMETEK company is a leading OEM supplier of capital test equipment to the worldwide automotive and tire industries. Micro-Poise is currently seeking a 1st shift Production Electrician for their Streetsboro, Ohio facility.
Essential Duties:
- Working from schematics, panel layout drawings and field wiring
- Working with 3-phase and control wiring, AC and DC servo systems, programmable controllers, distributed I/O and controller networks
- Meet daily goals for production and quality
- Follow safety rules and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, and electronic assembly from a technical school or college or a minimum of 4 years' experience
- Willing to offer on the job training with a technical degree or certification
- Knowledge of NEC and NFPA - 79 electrical standards
- Team player with a commitment to quality
- Good communication skills
- Available to work overtime
