Product Support Manager
- Responsible for all pricing activities and the development and submission of the Cost and Price Volume of proposals
- Responsible for the pricing model(s) and the completion of all Government or Commercial Templates.
- Responsible for pricing support functions from pre-RFP activities through proposal negotiations. These activities include forming, planning, and guiding the proposal cost team, along with managing all cost volume development activities such as compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications.
- Develops, communicates, & implements Estimating & Pricing policies/procedures, & conducts monitoring & surveillance activities to ensure that the policies/procedures are implemented.
- Develops subcontractor pricing templates and supports subcontractor submissions. Performs a cost analysis for each subcontractor submission as well as cost/price analysis and cost justification per USG requirements.
- Supports the market analysis and price to win process
- Ensures the Cost and Price volumes are consistent with all other proposal submission documents
- Performs all cost certification activities
- Helps train cost estimators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related discipline, as well as eight (8) years of general experience and five (5) years of relevant experience.
Specialized skills including ILS documentation, Manpower/Personnel Integration (MANPRINT), technical manuals, training and training materials, materiel fielding, provisioning, and configuration audits.
Knowledge of logistics management concepts, theories, practices and methods to US Army Force Protection Systems Security Surveillance Systems develop and analyze requirement needs and operational plans and to determine logistics objectives and goals, to identify support requirements, and to establish the relationship between the support system and the material system.
An understanding of maintenance requirements in order to identify potential support problems. A working knowledge of the management and coordination of the overall Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability/Integrated Logistic Support (RAM/ILS)data acquisition, quality control, organization, and dissemination

- Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
