Product Manufacturing Specialist
1. Be on-site at Spectralytics located at 145 3rd St S, Dassel, Minnesota, 55325. Minimum 6 months duration.
2. Be main communication source between Shockwave and Spectralytics for any manufacturing issues. Manage activities, including setting expectations, providing results, communicating progress, balancing priorities /interdependencies, and driving resolution of issues and roadblocks.
3. Understand all ongoing Shockwave/Spectralytics projects and project priorities. Communicate requirements and proactively supervise the progress, report project status and issues to internal partners, management, and extended team.
4. Create and manage schedule for all ongoing Spectralytics/Shockwave tasks.
5. Create agenda and hold weekly technical meetings between Shockwave and Spectralytics
6. Develop a detailed understanding of all processes at Spectralytics.
7. Develop a detailed understanding of Shockwave inspection requirements.
8. Obtain production failure data at each process step, summarize data and monitor trends.
9. Have technical experience in mechanical or process engineering. Should be hands-on.
10. Recommend process improvements.
11. Obtain production throughput data at each process step, summarize data and monitor trends.
12. Real-time escalation of any issues impacting ability to deliver production commitments.
13. Provide daily updates. Update to include shipment quantity for each Spectralytics part.
14. Understand Shockwave Forecast and Spectralytics plan to meet Shockwave demand.
15. Create reports showing Spectralytics delivery vs Shockwave demand.
