Do you know how to juggle multiple projects effectively? Do you like working with data in ways that will help teams operate more efficiently? Are you interested in the asset management industry and how firms determine the right mix of investment products to offer?

We’re looking for a Product Development and Implementation Associate to:

• coordinate the development all types of US domiciled pooled products, including mutual funds, private funds, collective investment trust funds, and separately managed accounts
• assist with planning of product change implementation initiatives across institutional and retail distribution channels, including regulatory and business driven changes
• help manage the team’s reporting pipeline for briefing senior management
• lead gathering of product financial and investment data to organize into presentations or for submission to external vendors
• coordinate collection of business proposals and lead governance forum calls that assess the viability of the proposal
• develop and maintain relationships with investment teams, marketing, legal and compliance, operations, and product managers
• develop and enhance industry and product knowledge in order to effectively communicate trends impacting the business
• provide support in ad-hoc analyses, strategic and business relevant project and tasks

You will be working within our Americas Product team in Chicago and New York, within the wider Global Products organization. We work closely with other key functions leading projects from all stages of the product lifecycle: concept development, implementation, management as well as closure. We are a high performing and experienced team with great culture and comradery, responsible for the strategic development, lifecycle management, and advocacy for both private client and institutional products in the Americas region. You will interact with virtually all functional areas of the firm and will have unique insights into asset management business.

You have:

• 4-8 years of relevant industry experience
• proven project management skills, an ability to manage competing priorities to tight deadlines, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• knowledge of financial markets, excellent Excel skills including Data Analytic Tools like Tableau and Power BI
• experience implementing automation projects or data/process management is a plus
• excellent communication, service skills and high attention to detail
