Tire Rack is recruiting a knowledgeable Product Cost Coordinator with strong attention to detail! As a Product Cost Coordinator, you will support a variety of initiatives related to product cost. This member of our team will communicate directly with the buying team and suppliers. They will also be responsible for the set up and maintenance of product pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & maintain product price programs, increases & updates as provided by suppliers.
• Review & analyze price programs for potential cost discrepancies/missing data & proactively notify buying team and/or suppliers for correction/resolution.
• Provide support for the buying team including problem solving & resolving cost issues.
• Responsible for managing & processing both EDI (electronic) and non-EDI (manual) invoices & credits/debits, including processing, loading & error reports & work with vendor to rectify issues & variances.
• Maintain various spreadsheets for pricing discrepancies, shipping errors, etc. & following up with suppliers for resolving claims.
• Work with Accounts Payable team to resolve invoice balancing errors.
• Assist with preparation of month end balancing as needed.
• Miscellaneous office duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field required.
• Two years of applicable experience
• Intermediate Excel spreadsheet experience a must.
• Experience with AS400 systems recommended but not required.
• Strong mathematical skills
• Excellent verbal & written skill a must
