Overview

The Product Planning Coordinator III is responsible for asset management of digital files, product inventory control, and database management.The person in this role will also support the product planning team in the process of launching new cameras and lenses.

This position requires full-time presence at your assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory.

Responsibilities

• Responsibile for asset management of digital files (downloading and organizing content from CINC and agencies).
• Coordinate and monitor product inventory control (Filemaker Pro Database, sample fulfillment and tracking).
• Performs a varity of coordinating, routing, logistics and shipping of products.
• Create and enters internal item code and product set up (S21).
• Keeps track of equipment loan check in and check out.
• Brings together several facets of operations to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Typically requires general and/or vocational training plus 2 to 4 years of related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
• FileMaker Pro knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to travel as required, some overnight travel (including weekends) is possible (less than 20%).
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
