We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Producing Mortgage Sales Manager (PSM) with a commitment to excellent customer service to help us build capacity. The following is a snapshot of the position and its requirements:

• 
  As a PSM, you will get paid 150 BPS on your self-sourced personal production plus a $50,000 salary
• The PSM will receive up to a 30 BP override on the production of Loan Officers that you recruit/bring with you
• The PSM will receive a dedicated processor for you and your team
• The PSM will have a dedicated LOA
• The PSM will receive a $1250 expense allowance each month
• The PSM will have access to a Purchase Lead Generation program to supplement production for their team

$300,000 plus bonuses and commission

• Market and promote our company with business partners and referral networks such as realtors, with strong attention to reputation management
• Enforce branch procedures, policies, and protocols are followed by all staff members
• Meet and exceed sales management goals, pipeline goals, and new business generation goals to increase market share
• Ensure sales goals are achieved by leading, training, and motivating employees

• Exceptional communication skills, and strong judgment and decision making skills
• Strong industry knowledge and advanced technical/ computer skills
• Confident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process with a firm grasp on products and regulations such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional residential mortgage loans

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 
  The team of the PSM must consist of a minimum of 4 Originators (including the PSM)
• Production history of the team must be at 8 or more purchase units per month

** A smaller team will be considered based on production history

Example: A team of 1 or 2 total originators assuming total past purchase production was a minimum of 8 units or 2M per month
