We’re looking for a Producer to join our Gusto video production team out of our Newburyport, MA office. This is an exciting opportunity for a burgeoning visual storyteller to be immersed in all phases of video production to help create compelling branded content for some of the world’s most inspiring companies. This person will work alongside and among our award-winning Gusto team (letsgusto.com) on a wide variety of video story-telling initiatives in multiple styles across many industries. Gusto collaborates with PR and/or Digital account teams, as well as direct to client, to manage projects from proposal stage through final delivery, collaborating with other staff members and clients regularly.

Here’s a mix of what you’ll be doing day to day:

• Pre-production support: research, asset collection, preliminary logistics planning, music sourcing
• Prep and organize assets and projects for production
• In-studio and on-location video production support
• Post-production asset management and organization
• Assistant editing on brand initiatives
• Support Gusto and Matter marketing initiatives by creating branded content
• Stay current with new technology and video/design trends

Along with creativity, drive and self-motivation, your previous experience and attributes will include:

• 2-3 years minimum experience as a video producer
• Understands storytelling via video and has a video portfolio reel of B2B and B2C experience
• Solid understanding of / Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Premiere Pro
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work on multiple projects independently and as part of a team
• Strong organization abilities and communication skills
• Desire to work in a deadline-driven environment and ability to meet set goals
• Desire and willingness to continually learn and improve through numerous professional development opportunities
• Familiarity with workflow management and collaborative software a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a fast learner
• Brings a positive attitude
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
