Hours: Full time – Earliest time scheduled is 6:00am

Qualifications: Minimum 2 Years Work Experience

*This is an Upper Level Position that requires relatable work experience.

Below listed are the general job duties and functions that you will perform on a daily basis:

Duties & Responsibilities

· Responsible for ordering, controlling inventory, managing margin and growing sales.

· Update store management team about the progress of the department and staff on a regular basis

· Ensure that customers receive exceptional customer service through employee talent development.

· Maintaining a clean and well merchandised department that meets company standards.

· Maintain employee attitude and morale by recognizing co-workers performance and service; inspire employees so that each person contributes to the productivity of the department.

· Be able to offer flexible availability which would include evenings, weekends and holidays

· Accurately receiving deliveries and communicating discrepancies in a timely manner

· Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed at all times.

· Taking inventory to identify the products or merchandise that need replenished on the floor

· Ensuring products are fresh, helping customers reach out products, unloading trucks, restocking shelves, and answering to inquiries

· Performing merchandising activities such as setting up displays and advertising signs.

· Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively throughout the shift

· Ability to climb up and down ladders safely

· Using proper lifting techniques

· Standing and walking for long periods of time

· Using some of the tools of the trade to complete the job such as a box knife, pallet jack, baler, etc.

Work Conditions

Duties are performed primarily in the assigned department and back room. Dept. Leads may be exposed to various temperature changes and work environments. Work includes walking, standing, lifting, moving, carrying and stocking product, along with interaction with customers, associates, truck drivers and vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
