As a full-line manufacturer of metal and HDPE plastic drainage products, Lane Enterprises, Inc. operates 10 plants throughout the East Coast, producing corrugated metal and plastic drainage pipe for the construction industry. We are currently hiring a Procurement Manager in Shippensburg Pennsylvania. This position reports to the Plant Manager.

· Manage Plastic spend and the related supply base in support of plant, division, and corporate goals.

· Responsible for creating, developing, and implementing an end-to-end supply chain management function.

· Resolve discrepancies pertaining to, but not limited to the following: purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, quotes, RMA, and system transactions; formulate and implement corrective action plans to resolve reoccurring discrepancies.

· Work closely to identify and execute strategic sourcing plans to achieve annual cost savings.

· Conduct business reviews with key suppliers.

· Plan and implement a strategy to meet individual and team commitments.

· Maintain broad knowledge of worldwide market trends on assigned commodities.

· Effectively lead and communicate at all levels within the company.

· Work closely with people across the company to drive success.

· Manages price negotiations based on historical and current market trends while maintaining corporate objectives related to cost, quality and delivery demands.

· Reviews inventory records to determine if material on hand is sufficient to meet demand.

· Determines method of procurement.

· Prepares purchase orders or bid requests.

· Maintains procurement records of items or services purchased costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.

· Works closely with the Quality (QC) department to process rejections and settle claims.

· Produce annual budgets for raw materials using statistical, historical, and market data.

· Provide monthly price and market updates as a measure against plan.
