We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory/Procurement Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in retail or manufacturing inventory management, and expertise in using Concur to process procurement transactions. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all inventory and procurement processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.

Location: Fully remote (must be local to Philadelphia, PA)
Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate inventory records, including tracking inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies
• Ensuring inventory accuracy through regular physical inventory checks and audits
• Assisting with inventory forecasting and planning
• Processing procurement transactions, including purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices, using Concur
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
• Managing and maintaining inventory databases and systems
• Participating in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures
• Providing support to other teams and departments as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or manufacturing inventory management
• Expertise in using Concur to process procurement transactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
