Job description
Milosi is excited to announce the addition of a Procurement Assistant/Driver position! This position will report to our Hendersonville office each day at 6:40 am. This position is a hands-on capacity with lifting, stooping, bending, and squatting while loading landscape material in and out of trucks. A valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Report will be required.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plan
- Nursery upkeep and inventory
- Delivering material, plants, and equipment to crews on-site as necessary
- Picking up plants and job-related materials to store in the nursery and/or construction yard
- Keeping the construction yard neat, clean, and tidy
- Ability to demonstrate good organizational skills by following policies and procedures
- Responsible for deliveries at the shop
- Keeping inventory correct through proper receiving procedures
- May perform other tasks either temporarily or permanently assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of foreman experience
- Experience with driving skid steers and mini excavators is a plus
- Ability to drive truck and trailer safely
- Driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to interact with all customers, team members, and those from external organizations
Physical requirements
- Required to endure long periods of standing or walking and extended periods of bending, stooping, and lifting
- Ability to lift 15-50 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift 51-90 pounds occasionally
