Summary of This Role
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity by modifying existing processes and workflows, introducing automation, and developing new performance standards and metrics, and promote the adoption of industry best practices. May support a wide variety of operational activities. Undertakes work requiring basic application of acquired business or operational skills and knowledge and the principles of the primary discipline.
What Part Will You Play?
- Assists more experienced Process Improvement Analysts with the development of metrics for the measurement of process performance against established process requirements. Utilizes work aids such as process descriptions, checklists, templates, and guides to assist more experienced Process Improvement Analysts with implementing process changes.
- Performs data gathering to support root cause analysis and performance trending as directed.
- Updates and maintains, technical records, reports, documentation on process improvements and process performance for higher level Process Improvement Analysts and/or management, as required.
- Begins to develop an awareness of process improvement concepts/methodologies/tools/principles by researching online resources and manuals and adhering to and/or leveraging established principles/tools/concepts/methodologies within the department. Promotes process improvement and efficiency throughout the organization by assisting with the training and guidance of team members within the functional work areas, as required.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Experience or Degree in: College, University, or equivalent work experience
- Typically No Relevant Experience Required
- Related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp
- Working with process improvement methodologies
- Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies
