Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:
- The central goal of the RN Supervisor is to develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care.
- Maintain the department, setting long-term goals.
- Oversees record-keeping processes.
- Review staffing at the change of a shift, and assign and replaced staff to meet resident care needs.
- Complete patient care rounds, coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Requirements for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Hiring only vaccinated staff
