Nu Skin International, Inc. seeks Principal Solution Engineer in Provo, UT.

Duties: Support the SAP ECC finance system and other finance systems and processes. Discuss with business team to understand the business process and gather requirements from business users related to Finance and Controlling. Prepare blueprint documents and functional specification documents in technical manner as per process. Configure in SAP as per blueprint and functional spec requirement, perform unit testing and integration testing. Perform configuration according to the project requirements in the SAP systems of Work with developers/programmers building custom enhancements to the SAP software. Assist business user in streamlining their process in finance and controlling. Assess the implemented business processes in SAP. Work with business users in completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide production support to the SAP systems after project go-live in the areas of finance and controlling, configuration, as per business requirement and support Organizational Structure set up for new company, new plants: define company, company code, business area, assign company code to company code, as per business requirement and support Work with SAP FICO - GL (General Ledger) to configure fiscal year variant, field status variant and GL Accounts groups, number range set and creation of LSMW for GL master data set, upload GL accounts opening balance, GR/IR clearing set up. Work with SAP AP (Accounts Payable) to configure Vendor account groups, payment terms, LSMW for Vendor master data creation, opening balance upload, automatic payment program configuration, electronic bank statement reconciliation configuration, as per business requirement and support Work on Input and Output Tax configuration in SAP to define tax procedure, create tax code, condition records, maintain condition records for tax rates as per business requirement and support. Work with SAP AA (Asset Accounting) to configure depreciation area, create assets class, define accounts determinations, create depreciation keys for different percentage, create LSMW for create asset master data and upload asset balance. Depreciation run log analysis to identify the errors, as per business requirement and support. Work with SAP Banking for house bank configuration, maintain payment methods, maintain paying company codes, define DME tree for file transfer, maintain, Payment file transfer set up, as per business requirement and support. Work with SAP CE (Cost Element Accounting) to create all P&L accounts as cost elements, maintain for P&L Reporting purpose, as per business requirement and support. Work with SAP CC (Cost Center Accounting) to create cost centers as per business requirement, create distribution cycle for cost allocations, create Assessments for cost allocations, maintain default cost centers, creating cost centers reports, as per business requirement and support.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field plus 5 years of experience in SAP FICO role or related occupations. Requires Understanding of SAP ECC finance system and SAP integration points with other modules and overall end-to-end business processes. Knowledge of SAP FICO - GL (General Ledger), SAP AP (Accounts Payable), SAP AA, (Asset Accounting), SAP Banking, SAP CE (Cost Element Accounting), SAP CC (Cost Center Accounting), SAP PC (Profit Center Accounting), and SAP COPA (Profitability Analysis). Understanding of SAP FI/CO configuration. Telecommuting is permitted. Travel domestically and internationally as required to implement, train, and support processes and initiatives (10% of the time or less).
