RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Principal Software Engineer in Richmond, VA. The Principal Software Engineer will design and develop integrations and applications utilizing cloud-based technology.

Responsibilities:

• Principal Software Engineer will define technical solutions to business problems while promoting best practices
• Design and develop integrations and applications utilizing EBS technology
• As a Principal Software Engineer, you will implement continuous integration and DevOps practices, including automated testing
• Create technical and support artifacts for applications and integrations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field of study
• Eight (8) years of experience in the job or related occupation
• Experience in hands-on ESB integration application development
• Experience with Tibco suite of ESB products
• Experience with integration of on-premise and cloud-based technologies
• Knowledge of version control systems (SVN or GitHub), build management and CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, or Maven)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
