Job description

The Pricing Specialist will focus on customer pricing, and rebate and warranty management. This position will report to the Director of Pricing Excellence and interact daily with the internal finance and sales teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage the new and existing US Rebate programs and setups to ensure accuracy and proper record keeping.

· Oversee the monthly maintenance on the manual rebate statements with majority completed by off-shore support team and ~10 performed by this role

· Initiate rebate payments and accounts receivable statement credits on set schedule.

· Work with Commissions to prepare needed commissions reporting for rebate reconciliation and minimums not met.

· Entry of pricing and warranty changes on existing accounts and assignment to new accounts.

Position Requirements:

· 3 years experience

· Minimum of a 4 Year Undergraduate Degree

· Advanced Excel skills

· Must work effectively with all management levels, both internal and external

· The ability to work under pressure, to meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Salesforce.com experience a plus

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
