Job Title: Manager, Pricing Strategy

What will you be doing?

• This individual will embrace and balance longer-term strategic corporate initiatives with daily operational rigor and have the ability to interact and influence all areas of the business
• The person in this role will help craft new business models, optimize packaging & pricing for existing offers, define monetization strategies for new offerings, and develop processes to ensure successful pricing execution
• Lead companywide pricing strategy, development, and refinement, including pricing opportunity identification, pricing change planning and internal communication
• Lead detailed quantitative analyses in support of identifying and vetting new price and promotional opportunities
• Collaborate and coordinate with procurement to make recommendations on a wide range of business strategies
• Build and maintain business landscape knowledge to provide solid foundational context for critical strategic projects
• Provide insights to the business through analysis of competitive pricing and bundling strategies
• Communicate and generate support for recommendations among business leaders across the organization

What we look for:

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in a Quantitate or Business field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of working experience in an analytical role, with proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet modeling
• Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), pricing and/or business strategy
• Effective problem-solving, statistical, and business judgment skills, with the ability to translate quantitative analysis into business recommendations
• Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills
• Demonstrated track-record of successfully leading ambitious strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Masters degree in a Quantitative or Business-related field
