We are working with an Oilfield client that is growing like crazy and adding a Direct Hire - Motor Winders to their team.

Pay: $15-$16/hour Depending on Experience + Shift differential for the 2nd shift is $1.00 per hour.

Location: Onsite – Bartlesville, OK 74003

Available Schedule:1st shift: 5:00 am-1:30 pm (to 3:30 pm when working overtime)2nd shift: 3:30 pm to midnight (until 2 am when working overtime)

Additional Information: Overtime after 40 hours. Double time on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build unwound stators by stacking laminations onto a mandrel and inserting them into housing with a 100-ton horizontal press.
• Straighten Unwound Stators utilizing a propane/oxygen torch and water or a 100-ton vertical press.
• Must lift instruments that weigh as much as 40 pounds to verify straightness.
• Wind stators by pushing or pulling copper magnet wire through laminations.
• The number of wires in each slot varies from 3 to 32 wires.
• Each wire is formed inside a housing that varies in diameter from 3.5 inches to 5.25 inches.
• Varnish stators by installing varnish tooling that weighs up to 40 pounds, operate a personal computer and hang the stator in a vertical oven.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
