Staffing Inc is partnered with a manufacturing client in Grand Rapids who is actively looking to hire qualified individuals for careers who are ready to start as soon as possible! The ideal candidate will be able to complete a drug screen and background check.

Shift: 3pm-12am, Monday - Friday

Press Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate automatic press and related equipment (press, straightener, feeder, stacker, Smart Pac, etc.).
• Assist other teams with set up and die changes when needed
• Move material from the coil all the way through the die and change coils

Press Operator Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined and attention to detail
• Must have basic computer skills (ability to perform fundamental tasks on a computer)
• Have quality control instruments skills (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• 1 year of press operating experience (preferred)
• 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred)
