Essential Job Functions:

Manage a classroom rooted in play-based learning

Collaborate with Director to create and deliver thoughtful, engaging lesson plans

Develop strong relationships with children and families

Provide support and direction to assistant teachers

Work in collaboration with preschool director to deliver consistent, high-quality instruction

Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other school events

Qualifications:

BA in early childhood education or elementary education and current MN License desired

2 years previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work

Knowledge of the social and emotional needs of children

Positive attitude and desire to work in a fun, collaborative environment
