About the Role:
We are looking for a Prepaid Solutions Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will be focused on solutioning, configuring, and maintaining programs for clients working with FIS Prepaid Program Management. The role is focused on creating the most optimal client centric experience being a solutions advisor while still adhering to processes and procedures
What You Will Be Doing:
- Configures program setups and subsequent maintenance requests according to client desired cardholder experience and FIS Prepaid Program Management guidelines
- Manages workflows and documentation associated with new program onboarding
- Consistently achieves successful implementations and configurations through managing timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Actively seeks out opportunities for optimization and process improvement within the Operations group and cross-functionally within the division
- Communicates clearly and effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders via email and teleconference
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in Prepaid Program Management, Project Management or Implementation preferred
- Motivated & Task-Oriented Individual with Forward Thinking Perspective
- Ability to multi-task using multiple Systems.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, writing, organizational and project management skills
- Adaptable and dependable in fast-paced, changing business environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
