Title: Practice Manager Orthopedics FT ($29.15-$60.00)
Full-Time

Job Summary

• Collaborates with Service Line Director to achieve organizational goals.
• Be accountable for the technical and behavioral competencies of the job.
• Responsible for Operational management of Parkview medical Center Physician groups to include: planning and organization, oversight of administrative and fiscal matters, personnel, policies, and department relations, staff, physician satisfaction, program development, marketing, medical record management/maintenance and coordinating the revenue cycle.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred or currently enrolled in a related field degree seeking program with an identified completion date and minimum 3 years Medical Office Experience recommended.

Experience

• Thorough knowledge of medical office operations, proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point, previous medical office administration experience, knowledge of billing systems, medical insurance processing, and medical terminology required.
• If the job requires driving for Parkview, the employee must have a current Colorado driver’s license, may need to be 21, and may need to submit proof of insurance coverage.

Pay: $29.15 - $60.00 per hour

• Pueblo, CO 81003: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
